My advice is tell him to see a doctor and get a sleep study or you are leaving. If it really is sleeping issues that really can cause a great amount of irritability but if he doesn't want to get it fixed what is the point?

Long story short, I just left. I was tired of being cheated on and treated like I didn't matter. I moved in with my parents one day, stayed the night with them and went and got DS & all of our things the next day.

Took me MONTHS to get over him but with the help of my friends and family, I made it through. Here I am 3 years later, pregnant and happy as can be.

I think before you leave him you should try to work things out. If you already have or if that doesn't work then just do it. My SO hasn't been too amazing lately either but he's intent on fixing it.

Never stay for the children. It makes them a lot more miserable. I left my SO of 3.5 years. It had been over for a long time, and drugs was the basis of our relationship. When I got clean, no action was taken to improve himself, or change his lifestyle. I decided it's not how I wanted my daughters to live (we have 2 children together) so I left. He ended up in jail, got out saw the girls a few times. Hasn't called in almost 2 months to see them. He will be getting papers with a choice of child support of signing over his rights very shortly.

The police took him away. And legally he can't come near me or the kids for another week or two. That's how I left.

I think your post is really vague "not treating me good" could be anything. And as far as being an smurf when he wakes up, most people are! But if you don't want to be in the relationship, you don't have to. Yeah you have a kid with him. That doesn't mean you stay with him.

My SO is grumpy a lot of the time. In the mornings we have it out for each other, we can be SOO mean.. but after breakfast.. a few games, something, we are nicer to one another.


He sounds like he needs time, to himself.

What is he on for his ankylosing spondylitis? That can be nasty and cause some major pain. He really should see a doc.

I left my oldest's father because he was emotionally and physically abusive. Took me a long time to get him to leave. Finally had to get an order of protection.

I left my ex the father of my angel baby.because he was verbal abusive,controlling,and put a knife to my throat.he would have sex well try to when i was sleeping.he would leave without saying bye.left me stranded at the gas station,left me pregnant and did see me until adafter my D&C.i took alot of his smurf before i left.when i finally left him he started stalking me.i feel kind of bad because i got pregnant by my now fiance not too long after i left him.he had another life in san Diego.i also found out he lied about his moms death and when he was supposedly grieving he was in Vietnam on vacation.he also had 3 kids he hid for three smurfing years.he started problems calling my mom saying my oldest son was his and not my boyfriend then.ugh so glad he's out my life

he always gets upset about what seems to be everything. this is what happend this weekend...
he put his keys under the passanger seat so he didnt have to carry them when we got home he was blaming me for lsoing them its my fault i prob knocked them out of the car & i better of not lost them. and im not help he said soemthing else mean. he didnt even get out of the passanger seat to look for them so i grab our son and he was jsut putting me down i told him stop putting me down and escially in front of our son because i dont want him treating his GF like he treats me.
