Positive thoughts and prayers needed!

I'm so incredibly excited! We found a house in the newspaper and went to look at it, just on a whim.
And we fell in love with it!
We've been living at my parents' house since January because we ran into financial troubles with DH losing a lot of time off work because I was hospitalized.
And it looks like, when our tax return comes in, we can put the down payment on it and finally own our own home!
That's if everything falls into place like we're hoping. So, thoughts and prayers would be appreciated!!
