jeez and she really lives in this lala land huh lol man is he about to have fun her in court if you guys can prove this I would kill to be a fly on the wall when the judge makes comments just to see her face if he really is doing his half and she really is this delusional

how is he supposed to see the kid if she wont let him? as long as he has proof that the kid is his, he can fully fight for the child and unless she can prove he is unfit then they will just laugh in her face. she sounds like a nut job, I hate women like that, my sisters mom tried keeping her away from my dad (he didn't find out about her until she was about 6 years old) they didn't meet until her wedding day. Its sad what extremes girls will go to, to make the dad look bad when all the dad wants is whats best for the child.

shes nuts, and now that hes threatened court shes telling him he's not the dad, she was pregnant when they slept together and that the doctor just randomly changed her due date 5 months after he was born. shes messed up in the head.

she wants him to come around now, even though he doesnt know if hes the dad or not. she even asked him to keep the kid over night. she slept with him twice, hardly knows him and yet she wants to let him keep her son when she doesnt even know if hes his dad. shes freaking stupid. if hes his dad then she doesnt want anything to do with him, she wants him to sign over his rights and forget about his kid

If there's no custody agreement, she's not kidnapping anyone.
He needs to stop even giggling at her drama and just wait for court.

I meant if a visitation schedule/court order was already set she said she plans on leaving state. he's getting tired of dealing with him, she texts him all day long about stupid smurf. he told her to leave him alone until the dna comes back but she wont.

He can file a contempt of court order because she's not abiding by the courts rules. But kidnapping is far fetched.

wow thats crazy, what a nut!! A girl I went to HS, her BD kidnapped their son on christmas eve and went to denver, they didn't have a custody agreement since he was being alright about everything, but he is now still sitting in the salt lake city jail. to me when a parent trys to kidnap their own child, it just shows that they are the one that is unfit and sometimes courts look at it that way as well.

that poor baby....I can only imagine if she is doing this kinda dramatic crap what kinda mom she must be bringing that kind of drama around it regardless of who is the dad I hope this gets resolved before it really starts to hurt that baby

she has 3 other kids, all different dads. shes already had this baby tested with her ex and if its not my SO's then theres another guy. the other dads believe everything she says and does what she wants, my SO refuses to. I feel so bad for her kids, she uses them to get stuff from guys.
