Afternoon ladies , out of curiousity, what are some ways for guys to help with TTC ?

Get them to lay off of any substance that may effect sperm count (weed, alcohol, tobacco). Good luck with that one, though.

Guys can get really weird about TTC. Sometimes it's best to keep them as much out of the loop as possible, unless there's some sort of medical issue going on or fertility treatments.

Drink more water, less soda. Just a healthier diet in general. Some people suggest boxers, other suggest briefs.

Get him to "save up" his swimmers. Try to BD every other day when you are fertile. My hubby and I stop BDing as soon as I have fertile signs until I get a pos OPK. High sperm count=better chance to get pregnant.
