Sperm Analysis question....

My DH has an analysis done in Oct. My doc told me everything looked ok. He emailed me all his notes from my chart today and it says high count and motility with elevated agglutination and round cells. My doctor doesn't seem concerned. What I have read is that these can be caused by infection. I don't know if because he has a high count the ratio is fine? Anyone dealt with this? I don't want to waste my time pumping myself with meds if it's for nothing.
