Sorry, I don't plan out my meals really in advance. We just kinda go with the flow. Tonight I am thinking homemade tacos or meatloaf.

Just wondering how do you do it? I mean not planning out your meals? Do you go grocery shopping daily?

I'm such a freak that I have to plan out my meals for the 2 week pay period and make a grocery list. I guess if I don't then I spend waaay too much money.

I just buy things. Mostly meat, and I freeze some, and when I decide what we want, I just pull it out. I only really shop maybe once a week. I get paid every week, and my husband every 2, so we really don't need to plan.

That's what we do, I buy for 2 weeks each time, because of our pay period.

Tonight is a chicken stir fry.

Tomorrow is carribian beef and beans over rice.

Wednesday we are going to a friends 'Chef of the Day' thing. I am having crab cakes, beef stir fry, and a pear and honey pie. SO is having something, slow roasted pork loin, and something else.

Thursday.. Probably stuffed chicken breast (they were on sale prestuffed), potatoes, and cabbage.

Friday lasagna rolls- haven't made them before but they look really good.

Saturday will probably be lamb, because SO will be cooking and he loves making lamb

Sunday is dinner with the inlaws, so whatever they make!

dang I didn't even realize I have it planned for a week   Sweet. No shopping involved!
