Expired mac n cheese

posted 18th Feb
I have a few boxes of Kraft macaroni and cheese that expired like a week ago.

Is it really any kind of big deal to make them anyhow?

If it were me, I would still eat them probably up to 3 months expired, ANything after 6 months is for sure a no go.

Is it the powder cheese kind? If yes I'd say it's fine. Idk. I'm weird about expiration dates. Lol.

most things on clearance or manager's special at the store are really close to expiration.

the worst that will happen is that it tastes stale, otherwise it's fine.

Those dates are sell by, usually.

Boxed mac and cheese should be good for years, lol. If anything it just won't be as fresh, but one week over isn't really that big a deal. I would eat it.
