would charter be open today?

i need to return our cable boxes but i didnt know if they get to take the day off today since its the holiday

I just got back from town and passed by Charter here and I'm pretty sure there were cars there, so maybe. But, if they aren't I know the one here has an after hours drop box for cable boxes and other equipment.

I'd say yes. It's mainly government offices that are closed today.

  you have a pretty good chance they are open today. maybe shorter hours, if anything, but... i'd say they probably are. give them a call first.
