Autonomic Neuropathy

Does anyone here suffer from or know someone who suffers from Autonomic Neuropathy or Dysautonomia? My Neurologist is suspecting this is ultimately what is wrong with me, though I have 4 tests left before the actual diagnosis. How are they treated, do they just treat the symptoms, what type of medications are they on?
