Does anybody have....

a "please wash your hands before you touch mine" Or "please do not touch baby" sign that goes on the baby's carseat. I am looking for a mama who has one to spare because I would really like to have one. I would be more than willing to pay for the shipping and handling through paypal if someone could send me one!

Call me crazy, but for weeks I kept making my own do not touch baby sign with construction paper and a permanent marker and cut hair ties to tie it on bc I just hate the idea of strangers touching my tiny baby during cold and flu season. It just kept falling off and finally I gave up.

Why not just say "don't touch the baby"? That's what I always did I don't care who it was or what time of the year it is no one touched the baby and I made sure to let them know.

I'm sure you can find more on Etsy, but I found this one pretty easily:

I got one from the NICU when DD was released but have no clue what happened to it. If people are trying to touch baby when you're out and about (weird; I've never experienced that) I'd just put a light blanket over the carseat. If you want people to wash (or sanitize) their hands before holding baby at your house, just tell them up front. That's what we did. I told everyone up front that if they wanted to hold her, they at least had to use the hand sanitizer on my diaper bag but I preferred them to wash with soap and water. And if they'd been sick, I asked them to not home by her. And didn't let kids hold her.
But she was a NICU baby due to her birth defect and seizures and my family and friends respected that we wanted to keep her as healthy as possible
