I need weight loss motivation

I'm 11 weeks PP and really need some motivation to get myself back in shape. I'm just so discouraged. October 2011 I weighed 145. I got a knee injury and gained some weight. Then I got pregnant and miscarried and gained some weight (I admit to comfort eating after the miscarriage). Then I got pregnant again and had LO in December. As soon as I was cleared to work out again, at 6 weeks, I was told I would need my gallbladder out. At two weeks post-op I was cleared to work out provided I went slow. A few days later I developed an infection at one of the incisions and was told to stop until it cleared. That's where I am now.
I'm 195 smurfing pounds. I'm just so upset. I feel like I'll never get into my old jeans.

I started off at 190. And I am now 165. I was in size 13 jeans, and now fit into my size 7. Im stil not down to where I need/want to be....size 3 again. Eventually I will be at my pre-pre-pregnant weight of 124.
Just keep going!
You can either stay where you are with your weight or make changes to it and lose.
You didn't put the weight all on over night, it wont come off over night either.

Haha, I wish it would though! I worked my ass off to get to 145. I just ordered a manual treadmill and it should be here by the first so I'm hoping good things will come from it.
Being fat again hurts. I was always the fat kid and being skinny was so nice.
