leg cramps after delivery

Is it normal? Both my calves have been tingling like when you sit wrong, They also have been feeling crampy. I'm 5 days post partum.

I had the same thing after I had each of my kids (I did have epidurals though) it went away after 1 week pp. If it's really bothering you ask your OB about it.

After the hospital telling me about all this leg clot stuff and everything it has me super worried lol.. Then I starting googling about some of the signs that go along with it. Like the shortness of breath and sore jaw. I've had both and have even complained to my husband about it. Then when I read it on google i started freaking out.

I looked up a lot of things on google when I was pregnant and freaked myself out. I'd just talk to your ob and see what they say.
