i just had my son 5 days ago via vbac and got a wonderful 3rd degree tear. it is soooooo itchy. ugh i swear i'm going to go crazy if this doesn't stop itching soon!
lol just a pointless vent.

red can of dermaplast lol and ice packs helped with my itchiness i just numbed everything down there for weeks lol
