Green beans

posted 17th Feb
I just bought fresh ones for the first time ever and am debating on how to make them. I mean do I steam them or boil them? What should I season them with? Maybe I should mince a garlic clove and put it in there with them. Idk. Help please. I also have red potatoes and peppers.

I tried this with asparagus the other night and I think I did it wrong. They got all flat and ugly looking.

Really? For asparagus I use a little olive oil, maybe a tiny bit of salt & garlic, and then roast for...eh, 12 minutes? I check on them periodically to make sure they're the right color/etc.

Lol. We totally do not do bacon in this house unless it is like DH's birthday or something like that.
