I've never had an ectopic, so I couldn't tell you, but mild cramping is very normal.

There's no way of knowing until they do an ultrasound. As long as there's no bleeding or the pain doesn't get to be unbearable, everything should be fine.

Could be the egg/sac moving. Its called "implantation bleeding" - The egg/sac is just trying to find its "home" where it will be for the next 9 months!!! So yeah spotting bleeding and cramping is normal

Okay yeah ive had no bleeding an not that much pain but some pain I worry cause I had an ovarian cyst removed a year ago an they say scar tissue could cause ectopic pregnancies. Do you ladies think I should go to urgent care to just make sure since my first appt isnt until march 5th?

If she got a positive pregnancy test that happened at least a week ago. So you are wrong.

Implantation occurs really early, before you can even get a positive test, and most women don't bleed from it.

OP some cramping is fine. If it gets unberable and there is bright red blood you need to be seen.

Why are you so worried? What happened to make you think ectopic?
