The egg is only viable for 24 hrs one released. You ovulate 12-48 hrs after a pos OPK. So, You could technically be fertile for up to 72 hours after a pos opk.

Yep cramping ..I cramp a lot from my right ovary when I am Oing and it's about a week or 2 after my period is over....I get mad cause I am like I just got over that thing.....hurts worse lol.
