Hospital Bag Help

I am only 31 weeks pregnant but I am somebody that loves to be prepared. So this is my first pregnancy/Baby, and I would love if you ladies could give me a list of items that I need in my hospital bag, is nice to have and what you never used. Items for myself and baby. Im sure my Husband wont need a lot, but, if you want to post what your Significant other packed id appreciate that too.

My hubby didn't pack anything. He went home after our daughter was born and went back to work in the morning.

I didn't pack very much. Change of clothes, pajamas, going-home outfit for baby, camera, batteries for camera, phone charger, baby book, toiletries.

I packed :
-Travel size shampoo and conditioner, deodorant, soap, etc. A lot of hospitals don't provide those things.
-Hair ties
-Nursing bras
-Nursing gowns if you plan to breastfeed
-Clothes you will be comfortable in
-Phone, camera, ipad, chargers for those things
-YOUR OWN PILLOW (My hospital bed was awful and I wish I would have packed my own comfy pillow)
-A Boppy if you have one and plan to nurse, it's MUCH easier to nurse in the hospital that way.
-Slippers or socks
-Breast pads if you plan to nurse, and nipple cream. I don't remember being given those things and I sure needed them.
-Baby clothes, 2 outfits at the most. Usually, they want you to put your baby in a gown or have them stay in one of their own gowns because if the baby has to be away from you, and needs their diaper changed, it's easier on the nurses aiding the baby to work with vs snap jammies. Your baby will probably stay in hospital clothes most of your stay.
-The car seat
And that's about all I can think of that you might want to have.
Don't worry about blankets, diapers, baby wash for baby, or anything like that..

Flip flops for shower
Robe
Comfy pj's
Pillow and pillow case from home
Camera

clothes for you and baby, bottles if formula feeding, and formula if FF, camera, toothbrush tooth paste, pads

camera and camera charger
chapstick! for labor
baby wipes for when you're sweaty during labor
on top of what everyone else is listing
