Plan ahead meals and freezing

Does anyone have any suggestions on webpages or recipes? I am due in 19 days and would like to have freezer meals ready to go. If they could be on the cheaper side that would be great too. I dont need to be eating steak every night LOL. I just want to make sure cooking isnt going to be issue after the LO comes. I dont want to be buying out all the time either. TIA!

I don't follow recipes. I make to my taste

LOL lucky! i can cook but when i try to do my own thing. It blows up in my face. LOL

You can freeze lasagna in foil pans. Also meatloaf, meatballs & spaghetti sauce all freeze well. Search once a month cooking, there are tons of good recipes.

You're welcome.   Hopefully you find some you like. I thought they looked better than the normal freezer meals.

This is my favorite recipe for fajita restaurant style shredded chicken. It makes a lot, so it's perfect for freezing in portions.



Ranch Chicken

1 pound of chicken breast
1 bottle of ranch
Italian breadcrumbs

Heat up the oven to 350
Cut up the chicken into chunks, slightly larger than bite size or so.
Put them in a 9x13 baking dish
Cover with Ranch
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top
Bake for 45 minutes.

Tuna Noodle Casserole

1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of tuna
1 package of egg noodles
Shredded cheese

Preheat the oven to 350
Boil the egg noodles per directions on the package
Drain
Combine noodles, soup, and tuna in large baking dish.. 9x13 or similar.
Sprinkle cheese over the top
Bake for 15 minutes

yay! thanks everyone. I made some stuff today as a slow start. I know im going to have to kick it into gear. How does everyone feel about stuff like hamburger helper or frozen meals? Or is that a no go? Just trying to get some more ideas
