This is my favorite recipe for fajita restaurant style shredded chicken. It makes a lot, so it's perfect for freezing in portions.
1 pound of chicken breast
1 bottle of ranch
Heat up the oven to 350
Cut up the chicken into chunks, slightly larger than bite size or so.
Put them in a 9x13 baking dish
Cover with Ranch
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top
Bake for 45 minutes.
Tuna Noodle Casserole
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of tuna
1 package of egg noodles
Preheat the oven to 350
Boil the egg noodles per directions on the package
Combine noodles, soup, and tuna in large baking dish.. 9x13 or similar.
Sprinkle cheese over the top
Bake for 15 minutes
