Hamburger Helper is full of sodium. So be careful of that. I'm going to link my friend to this thread. She's an expert at prepping and freezing meals.

Good resources and lists alrady mentioned, but i will add that i always have chicken pot pie in the freezer in a container. When we are in the mood for it, i marm it, put it in a suitable dish and cover it with one of the following_ frozen puff pastry, frozen pillsbury ready pie crusts or homemade pie crust dogh.
Mmmm.
For dinner tonight, we had meatballs that i had frozen a couple of weeks ago. I have 3 varieties in the freezer. They freez really well!

Awesome. I wasnt to worried about pasta and sauces because i have those at hand. For the hamburger helper i was worried about all the sodium. Im trying to avoid those. I did make at least 10 meals but I know thats not going to be enough. ugh. LOL

Well, there's just you and your husband, right?

So breakfast is something you make fresh. Cereal or eggs or whatever.

Lunch is kind of an on the go thing... Sandwiches or whatever.

So 10 meals would be at least 20 nights for you if you have leftovers?
