What does this sound like?

So my son last night was at my MIL for a bit so my husband and I could go out for valentine's day. We went and picked up around 8-8:30 but stayed there and talked for about 30 mins. When we got home our little man woke up. He would fuss, I'd rock him he'd go back to sleep. But as soon as I'd lay him down he'd wake up and fuss. 3 hours later this was still going on. Then it got to the point he just stayed awake and ended up pooping. So I chalked the behavior up to an upset stomach since he went so late in the day.

Come 11:00 he just went nuts screaming for like 5 mins. then he'd stop and be laughing and playing. 15 mins later he'd start screaming again. This went on for a while. So I gave him a bath to relax him. Worked like a charm. So we all went to bed around 12:30. He was back up at 6 and we are back to dealing with this all over again.

He has no fever, and he will get really up set and then boom bc just fine.
Is it possible that he is teething and he might be actually getting to have a tooth break through soon? He's been chewing on things like crazy for weeks.

How old is he?

he hasn't ran a fever. But he will just fuss, then be all happy with the world like nothing was wrong. Which he is still doing it today. Currently tho he is sleeping which is nice lol

she gave him a bath there. She was kind of hell bent on wanting to give him one. And then while I was giving him just a soaking bath to relax him I notice that the hole on his little penis looked like it was scratched or something. I asked my husband if he thought it looked different than usual, and he said no. But he doesn't always see it. Just when he gives our LO a bath at night. So i'm going to watch it and see if it looked off today.

*Not saying my MIL did something sexual to my son*
IDK if she gave him a bubble bath and let him soak to long and it could cause him to be getting a UTI or if he has finally discovered it and his nail cut it or what.

if he isnt running a fever he probably just doesnt feel well. as for the scratch on his penis im sure its something like u described.

Did she maybe give him some food or something that may have messed up his tummy? My first thought was she probably held him the whole time he was there. When my DD would go to my moms it would take me like 2 days to get her back to sleeping without me holding her because she did nothing but hold her while she had her.
