how long does it take before cramping starts

Just sonou know the abortion pill is not the same as the morning after pill. And take your judgement else where smurf.

For some it takes a few hours others it's faster. When did you take it?

when i took the actual abortion pill, i started bleeding the next day before i even took the cytotec.
after i took the cytotec, the bleeding got a lot heavier but i honestly didn't cramp much. only when i went to the toilet and passed a big clot, it hurt my back some.
i think i read usually the cramping and bleeding start 30 minutes to 1 hour after the cytotec. but obviously mine didn't go like that.

that day after pill is not the same as an aboriton pill.
the day after pill can keep a fertilized egg from implanting in the uterus. the abortion pill causes a miscarriage of an already formed pregnancy up to 8 or 9 weeks.

go on somewhere else with your judgement. if she just had a baby and had an accidental pregnancy that close together, i don't blame her one bit.
