How old is your baby? Maybe try the prune baby food if he is old enough to have solids. But just a little bit not a big whole jar of it.

Both of my boys had constipation. My oldest was younger so I gave him half a jar of the baby food prunes. My youngest was older and I watered it down in his snippy cup.

Not sure but I gave Peyton 2 oz apple juice with 2 oz water and it helped his constipation too.
