Not Sleeping Soundly?

posted 17th Feb
LO seems to be having issues sleeping. She grunts a lot during sleep and does not seem well rested. She tosses and turns a lot too. I don't know if this is normal behavior for a 3 week old. She just started doing it over the last few days. It doesn't matter where she is sleeping, either in her bouncer, bed, or even with me. She still does it. Should I be concerned?

She's only three weeks old, her sleeping patterns and habits are going to change all the time. Also, she is probably going through a growth spurt which can cause some sleep disturbances.
It's fine.

Sounds like a normal baby.

My almost six week old still does that. Grunts, wiggles, etc. I figured it was normal.

Mine made tons of noises in their sleep. I couldn't sleep in the same room as them because they would keep me up all night with their noises. As for the movements, try swaddling. That might help them get better quality sleep.

She does keep me up sometime with the noises. As for the swaddling she hates it. She doesn't want blankets on her at all. She seems to take after me and is very warm nature. Her father is very cold nature.
