benadryl

im 36 weeks pregnant.. an i woke up this mornin with severe itchin about 20 mins after drinkin a glass of milk! ive drank a hell of alot of milk due to heartburn, im wonderin if ive made myself intolerant? an wonderin if i can take benadryl? any advice wd be appreciated, because i cant think whatelse would be causing this its so bad i wanna rip my skin off  

Yes, Benadryl is fine.

You sure can. It might make you tired though. Keep an eye on the rash. It could be pupps.

I've taken benydril this whole pregnancy. My doctor said it was fine.

ilk can actually make heartburn worse. it certainly isnt generally recommended to make heartburn better. cabbage works great for reducing acidity, and usually doctors will recommend tums and maalox.

I wish that stuff worked for heartburn. My stomach hurts from all the tums lol.

Benadryl actually has all sorts of uses. It's good for nausea, itching and of course congestion!

I use it every couple nights to help with my sinus issues, and it works with the tylenol well, and I usually get a good nights sleep. But it actually makes me sick to my stomach sometimes   I definitely couldn't have made it through this pregnancy without those few nights of really good comfortable sleep where I could breathe! lol.

i seriously doubt milk making you itch though my dr told me itching can just be a side effect to pregnancy ive intched the entire time though i was also told benadryl is fine to take most antihistamines are. good luck not much longer left  

benadryl didnt work sadly   so i called my ob/gyn an ive had a blood test for cholestasis ill find out in a day or 2! hoping its not, i wanna keep my lil man bakin till my due date.
