Ok so im a week and 3days away from my due date, and i want to breast feed only for the first feed of my daughter, but everyones telling me that the nurses will be bitches about it and pressure me, and being a new mum i dont know whats suitable to say back to these nurses. Back the smurf up its my kid? Ok ma'am ill breast feed. ?? What should i do, and how much do ur boobs sagg from breast feeding

Just tell them that you don't want to and they will give you formula.

Why would you only breast feed for the first time? Breast milk IS best.

And btw, your boobs don't sag from breast feeding. They sag from pregnancy in general. So... if they're gonna sag, they're gonna sag regardless. At least with breastfeeding you can have awesome full tits for however long you BF, instead of going straight to saggy tit  

Boobs can sag from pregnancy. Regardless your milk will come in then go away is there a reason you only want to do it once?

I don't get it? They won't pressure you. But honestly unless you have a real reason for not bfing I would suggest it. Your boobs are going to fill up and sagg either way and that seems like a pretty petty reason not to bf.

Because she's a teen and misinformed. I thought the same thing when I was really young. That the first feeding is like liquid gold and will leave the baby healthy for life. Some smurf like that, lol.

Yeah it seems pretty stupid to me but then I have heard some dumb ass smurf before. Like wome getting cseactions so their vagianas don't get stretched out. People should educated themselves more.

Yeah I get that. I never believed anything that stupid but I did make a lot of mistakes with my first I want to kick myself for now. One of them is not bfing longer. I thought it would be eady and when it wasn't I stopped. I understood bd ing better with my second and bf him for almost 9 month best thing I ever did.
