you need to get your ass to the hospital ASAP. seriously if your symptoms are related to pre-e you could be close to a siezure. go in NOW

Def. call your dr. I just had my baby 2-5-13 and I was 36 weeks. My blood press. started to elevate at my 32wk checkup and my obgyn kept an eye on it - at my 34 wk checkup it was up but wasn't too high - at 35wks I left work early on a Thurs. my blood press was up & I had headaches/blurred vision. I had a slight trace of protein in my urine. My dr. put me on bedrest & sched. an appt for 1 wk. Before 1 wk was up that Sunday I was admitted to the hospital, induced on Monday and had my son on Tuesday. We had to have an emergency c-section due to my blood press/cord being around his neck. My blood press. started normal and kept elevating. The highest it got was 257/126. That was in surgery. Def. call your dr or go the er and get checked out. If you let it go it could get worse. Good luck!

the ones at stores can be very inaccurate depending on when they are calibrated. i would run into your ob and have a nurse check. i did that one day and had pre/e. had headaches and blurry vision

Yes hun..call your doctor. You want to make sure it doesn't go any higher. They will advise you on whether you need to go to ER or not. Most importantly..relax..:-)

I am 34 weeks and go to the doctor twice a week for blood pressure. That is very high, I would def call your doctor, considering it could be signs of preclampsia.
