Yeah mama, take her into the childrens hosp.

They'll most likely but a nasal gastric tube in and slowly drip feed her milk etc until she can hold it down, either that or a drip if she really cant keep it down.

We went through this with our youngest when he was 2mo, scariest thing ever.

You're doing the right thing by taking her in, she needs to be hydrated or her body wont cope/heal quick enough.

I would take her back to the ER, i had to go through something like that when DS was 8 months he contracted a horrible stomach bug. The first hospital visit he stayed for the night, the second one he stayed for a week.
