im so hungry X_X

Ok, So I found out Im pregnant after a recent d&c ((It was october 19th)) Last time I was so nauseous that I could barely eat a thing. I practically had to force myself to eat. Now Im so hungry it's like I can't get enough to eat. Its driving me crazy and I want to eat everything in sight. Im thinking it would be best to eat snacks, but I'm not sure snacking would be a good Idea. Anyone have any advice on what I should do? Also, Im not positive if this is the right place to post this, but I took a chance. Sorry, Ladies! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My ob said to eat smaller, more frequent snacks/meals throught the day when I was pregnant. That helped me feel like I wasn't constantly hungry.

If you're hungry, eat!

As long as you're not stuffing your face with fancy cakes and potato chips, you should be fine! Fresh fruits, vegetables, yogurt, granola bars, and nuts are all healthy snacks!
