soybeans

How do you turn them into a meat substitute? I want to make DH burgers out of the soybeans but I have no idea how to do it. I was googling it but it isn't helping me at all. I figure if I can learn to make some really tasty things that look like meat out of soybeans and tell DH that oh btw.. that wasn't meat! Maybe he will change his views a bit.

hmm im not sure the first thing that came to mind was maybe try tofu?
