We're not engaged. He would never take on that much responsibility. I just wish that he would want to settle down, get married and help me with our kids. But I know that wont happen any time soon.

You mentioned wanting him to put down a controller and pick up your engagement ring, so I assumed you were engaged/getting engaged.

I do think people change, but... maybe it's time to break up for a long, long time and seriously reconsider everything.

Looking through your posts, you need to leave him for good and get help. You're addicted to him like a drug and he treats you like a door mat. Do you want your daughter ending up in a relationship like yours and feeling like you do?

Not always. We've been together off and on for 6 years. He used to really care but sometime around when I told him I was pregnant again, he gave up. We were living together for 2 years, then we had financial trouble and started fighting a lot in December and he moved in with his uncle and I moved in with my mom, whos never home. He plays video games all day and started smoking weed on a daily basis and hanging out with his old friends all the time. When I ask him to watch his daughter, he says maybe then I wont hear from him for the rest of the day. So, yea, he's become quite the piece of smurf lately.

This isn't lately. Look at your post history. It's all about being depressed or suicidal. Do you think that has nothing to do with your addiction to this person who treats you like smurf?

He doesn't take care of his own kid or you, yet you continue to stay while he gets high and plays video games.
