Squats! I also got a DVD called Suzanne Bowen's Long & Lean Prenatal Workout.. it's not super intense but it still gets my heart rate going and my muscles definitely feel at the end.

The DVD I got is more like a pilates workout, but it definitely works the muscles lol. Maybe I'm just unfit but I definitely feel the burn afterwards hahah.

I like the 10 minute pilates videos. They have 10 minute pilates for pregnancy and I did it the entire time I was pregnant. It has several videos for each area, abs, etc. It's good check it out.

If you like to keep things very simple and cheap, like me... Throughout all my pregnancies I walk as much as I can. (with my second I actually went on the treadmill about 30 minutes a day or so) Also, I've been doing zumba every few days with my kids (I'm about 37 weeks).

I've been waking up thirty minutes earlier than usual and doing squats, wall push-ups, crunches (obviously not the normal crunches since I have a big belly, but I do what I can.. it's getting more uncomfortable to lay on my back though) and these twist things where I like raise my left leg to my right arm and vice versa.. I do two minute sets of each for thirty minutes. The squats make me want to die lol but I like the wall push-ups because you're working your arms but don't have to worry about falling on your belly like a normal push-up.
