nervous
posted 16th Feb
GIm having knee surgery march 21 and im starting to get nervous. Its a simple surgery. Last year I had a bloodclot in my lung after my hysterectomy. Lately I've had shortness of breath, dizziness and increased heart rate which are symptoms of blood clot. I've also had arm pain in my left arm going up to my neck. I was seen friday and told I had heart palpitations. Im waiting to hear from the surgeon to see if I need to see my cardiologist before surgery. After what is going on I would feel better seeing him. I need to relax. Any tips to calm my nerves?

Im having an arthroscope done and hes gotta fix my knee cap. It hangs over causing my knee to pop. He has to scrape some of the cartilage off

My knee cap randomly dislocates so they have to put new ligaments in to hold it in place
Good luck with yours!
