I can't stand snobby little bratty girls like that. Smh. If you have a kid with a guy and he's WILLING and WANTS to be there, why not let him?! Just SILLY. Smh. I give him props for wanting to be there, even if their relationship is crap! I hope things get better for you!!!

My fiance' is pretty much going through the same thing with his son's mother. He's been in and out of court with her, FINALLY was granted joint physical and legal custody and she still won't let him see him. Then a few weeks ago he gets a call from someone about child support.. they asked if he has joint physical and legal, he said yes, and they said they don't understand why she's trying to file for child support because with joint physical and legal custody, he's not entitled to pay child support. The only way she'll be able to get child support from him is if she can prove to the courts that he hasn't been trying to see his son, but he has! She just won't let him see his son because, for whatever reason, she doesn't like me (she's in a relationship with someone else.. I don't get why me being in a relationship with my fiance' has anything to do with the situation). He texts her every week trying to see him and she's convinced she's doing the right thing. It's so frustrating that a woman can call herself a mother yet be so greedy to jeopardize her son having a decent relationship with his father.

When they split she didn't know she was pregnant 3 mths later I got pregnant he was born in october our son was April

I have a feeling I'm part of the issue to. When I was 13 I baby sat a family friends daughters her 21 year old daughter was best friends with his ex I had no clue we met at a store 3 yrs later but we had issues way back when.

Ugh.. it's so frustrating. It's like.. bitch, I want nothing to do with you, just let my man be happy and see his kid. Let your kid be happy and see his dad. What's so hard about that?! The judge that's been dealing with their case despises the woman, she's told the judge he "has a fetish for killing animals" and the judge laughed in her face and looked at my fiance' and said, "Is this really what you've been dealing with..?" She doesn't respond to any of his texts and last time she did, she told him "they agreed his son wasn't allowed around me." My man told her everything they agreed on is on papers, and when he takes her to court for the FOURTH time, the judge will tell her that. They've pretty much told her she has to let him see his son or they're going to give him full custody.. yet she still fails to listen. She thinks she's untouchable. I'm sorry.. if I had a JUDGE telling me they were going to take my child from me, I think I'd listen to what they were telling me to do.
