herbal tea?

So I went to walmart and got some herbal soothing caramel bedtime tea...before making it I see on the box to consult healthcare provider before drinking....??? Y would it be unsafe?

Everything says that, including my bottle of folic acid. It's just a precaution. What's in the tea?

Its yogi brand soothing caramel bedtime...says it has l-theanine a naturally occing amino acid found n green tea that promotes relaxation by calming the mind
