I had an abortion almost a month ago. How long will a pregnancy test stay positive? I was 8 weeks along

Well, I know with my last miscarriage I had a d&c at 15(lost baby between 12-14 weeks) weeks and was still getting positive tests up to six weeks afterward. I know for sure I wasn't pregnant again since I didn't have any sex until a few weeks after the procedure.
