Bad day....

Stayed at my sister's last night. At about 2:30 am my BIL's phone rang so hubby answered it. It was BIL's brother. His son had stolen their car!

Apparantlt he had been sneaking off to some guys house every night for the past couple weeks. I dont know what he was doing at this guys house, possibly drugs because he has been caught before. This kid is only 15 yrs old. He was recently kicked out of public school and moved to a school for BD. He smokes cigarettes, chews tobacco, and has been caught with marijuana. His parents have neglected to discipline him in the past so his behavior is out of control.

Apparently he somehow managed to kill the battery on the car. So he called his sister (she's in her 20's and lives on her own) and wanted her to sneak and tow him home and not tell their dad.

She got all the info of where he was and then called dad. My hubby and BIL went to go find him and were out all night trying to get the car back to the house.

They finally got in this morning and are super stressed over the whole thing. My BIL is really torn up about it.

Then to top it all off, I went to get my sister's bird out of his cage. He wouldnt move and could hardly stand. Hubby took him to the vet but there was nothing she could do. We have only had him a couple weeks and she said he was either a runt and week from birth or the previous owner starved him because he had no muscle mass. He seemed fine yesterday but she says that when a bird gets attached to people it will exert all of it's energy into loving them. Makes me want to cry!!!

So anyways, I just needed to get my feelings out.
Please pray if you do that Jeff (BIL's nephew) gets the help he needs. Maybe his parents will finally see he is out of control...
