I am an smurf

I feel like such an smurf. I can't stop yelling at my kid today. For every 4 year old thing she does. The past two nights i have not gotten any sleep. Big one was up crying for a couple hours both nights, and little one took up whereever she left off by nursing ALL night. My eyes feel like they are swollen shut. We are all coming down with bronchitis and I have to work late tonight only to wake up and work brunch in the a.m. And then nurse the little all night. I also have a paper to edit and turn in... FML. I am so grumpy and I need to chill out. Its so hard when you aren't feeling good.

I feel like some days I do nothing but discipline. And it is usually when I'm sick, tired, or otherwise weak and they know they have the upperhand. Lol

I know the feeling. I end up feeling like smurf when I get like that but it's hard when you're sick or haven't gotten any sleep. I try to make it up to my son if I act like that.   Don't feel bad mama, everyone has their days.

I can sooooo sympathize today. I feel like I've done nothing but yell today, my throat actually aches.

I'm 9 months pregnant, and haven't had decent sleep in weeks, my kids have been CRAZY all day running around and screaming, and my SO had to go to bed at 3 this afternoon to go to work tonight, so zero help of course.

Tired, achy, cranky, and feeling like a crap parent. Sucks to hard.

I hope you get some good sleep tonight and tomorrow is a better day for you! Feel better, too.

I just wanted to say that you aren't alone. Last week I had 0 patience for about 3 days straight. I yelled a lot, we were all miserable.   It's a conscious choice to be calm and it's hard!

i have days like that. usually afterwards i explain to Nat that i was having a bad day yadda yadda and i love her , everyone has bad days smurf like that. lol..

don't beat yourself up about it. you give way more of yourself than most moms ever do. xo
