Crick in neck

I woke up Wednesday with excruciating pain in my neck. I was unable to move my neck in any direction. I got it worked on by an osteopath, but he couldn't get it to "go". He said it was super tight and it will go away on its own. The next day I got the other osteopath in the practice to work on it, and she was able to get most of the pain and restriction out, but still today, I can't turn my head to the right! It hurts like a bitch when I move certain ways. I have taken muscle relaxers which have done nothing. I've done ice and heat, had a short massage by a friend who is an LMT. Is there anything else I can do? I going to go crazy if I don't get this to go away.
