This POS right here...

posted 16th Feb
In the last month I've posted about a few reports in my local news of some ridiculous child abuse. But this smurf right here... I'm slowly starting to wonder wtf is wrong with Florida mothers. Or Mom-sters. Seriously... I live on the central gulf coast of FL. Like sticking out into the gulf, where we get winds off the bay. And on the coldest nights (48 degrees MAYBE) I'll still have the air on 65. THIS 17 MO. OLD! Had hypothermia! And only weighed 14 lbs! 17 MO.!

Ri-smurfing-diculous... I read this and like a bad car wreck I couldn't stop, and I just, I've never wanted to physically harm someone so badly, and at the same time hug a baby girl SO much in my life... How can people do these terrible things. I can't wrap my mind around it.

I don't smurfing get it. This little girls at the same hospital I'm delivering at. And all I want to do is hold that little girl, and warm her up. She was so starved her body's rejecting food. I just don't get it. I'm already sad that my baby girls going to know pain, and cold, and hunger, just from being born! But to do something like that, to that degree... Willingly! DON'T have children... These people spawn, and then people wonder why our next generation is so smurfed up... People like her give young parents a bad name, and on the top of that, they hurt little babies.. It just blows my ever living mind. Damn man, I wake up cook breakfast, and read the news every morning. And it was literally like that moment you pass a bad wreck. I could not stop, and now I can't even eat. To live so close to this trash, and not be able to do a damn thing...

I'm telling you, once you start reading it, you get that physically ill feeling, but can't stop. Honestly I'm glad she's at the hospital she's at they'll take awesome care of her, it's why I'm delivering there. BUT to be trans. from the hospital she was at a few counties over, to All Children's it had to have been that bad...
I wish there were a way I could send her toys or flowers or something  ! To show her people aren't all bad.  ! She's a baby and she's suffering, and probably wont care for a toy or flower... but IDK. I just want her to feel loved  !

Yeah by the end I was feeling sick to my stomach and it made me cry. I shouldn't have read it. My youngest is 18 months old and I just ... ugh I don't get how people can do this ... It's horrible and so so sad.

I don't typically feel all that disgusted or angered by abuse stories but this one really takes the cake.

The thing that really blows my mind is the hypothermia... We're in FL on our coldest days. You can walk outside in a tank, and be chilly but hypothermia? The air conditioning that cold for that long with that low of a body mass index.. Jesus Christ... That's an impressive display of abuse. That's a new one. I've never heard of that.

Oh I know why she did it.
The a/c running full blast + radio drowns out any crying that could be heard by her or outside the trailer.

I only know because I use a similar tactic when my kids have been sent to their room and throw a huge tantrum that I don't want to listen to.

It's sickening to that extent though... Hypothermia, like not just hypothermia it's chronic? She can't even stretch her legs out they're so used to being pulled in to conserve heat...   That's absolutely disgusting.
