Rehydrate yourself.

Lots of water, some orange juice and a dose of aspirin.

Lots of water and oxygen.

A nurse at the hospital I delivered at told me all the nurses would come in on a Sunday morning hungover as hell and they'd suck down the oxygen and voila hangover gone.

pedialyte and excedrin extra strength migraine. I also know people that swear by bloody marries, but I think that has more to do with the nutrients in the tomato juice than anything.

But they shouldn't show up to work hungover. That effects their ability to make safe nursing judgments. If I showed up to work trashed, I'd get fired.

She said 10-15 minutes before their shifts they would get on the oxygen and after a few minutes they'd never known they had drank the night before.
