Bank question?

So my refund came in on my bank account just a few minutes ago and technically on the account it says its a pending transaction to be deposited but on the other hand it also tells me my account balance has it added already? Could I spend that money already? Or do I have to wait until it is not pending?

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advanced  

You can spend it. My work checks deposit on Saturday, but don't clear until Monday. I can still spend it and withdraw the money without overdrawing my account.

I didn't want to overdraw my account because I got screwed over by those fees at my last bank.

As long as your available balance accounts for that money, you're good to go.
