Sleep meds,and pregnancy

Are there any sleep supplement I can take while pregnant? Im 7w4d.

I have
Tylenol pm
Sleep aid equate brand
Ambien
Trazadone
Melatonin





We have sleeping problems here lol.

Ambien
Melatonin (Not over 3MG though)
should both be fine.

I take sleep meds luke 6 times a year. Only qhen im desperate...
Ive tries hot bath, reading, husband acratching back (usually helps) bit nothing. Im too stressed to sleep   I wish I had benedryl

My OB said Ambien is fine, as long as you don't use it every single day so baby doesn't become dependent.
He said it's given to pregnant women in the hospital when they have sleep issues.

I take ambien n ambien cr n my dr said it was also fine she also said celexa was fine to ake for my depression
