wow! hmm. for some reason, lately i've been cramping almost non stop in between AF and less when AF is here. idk if it's related to my hormone imbalance or not...

rofl.. why? it's not for that type of cramps?

not that it could hurt.. but it's basically a diuretic (pushes fluids out of you) and pain reliever.

leg cramps.. you're better off eating a banana.. taking a diuretic if you're low on potassium (which causes leg cramps) can actually make them worse

Lol... It doesn't magically work for one type of cramp... It's just a cocktail of ibuprofen, sodium naproxen, caffeine and a diuretic. The only reason it is targeted it at women is because it treats a combination of symptoms that we experience, and men normally don't. All of those drugs still work in men. I take it for leg cramps because my doctor suggested it, and it works.

yes... motrin typically works well on uterine cramps.. which is why postpartum moms are given it.. and women take it during their period. NO problem your man taking it.. I agree... nothing in it will hurt.

but... your doctor is a dumbass if he recommends it for leg cramps. Leg cramps are caused by a potassium deficiency, and a diuretic flushes out potassium. Unless you mean sore legs from working out... ??
