Night Shift at hotel vent

I work at a hotel from 11-7 and the girl who comes in for the 7-3 shift almost never shows up before 7:40, then when she gets here all she does is bitch and moan about the people who work here. according to her no one does anything right only her. She's also been caught "borrowing" money from the drawer. Then tonight we have about 5 Hockey teams staying with us, and she doesn't run ANY of their CC's she was like oh well you don't have to do anything tonight you do it, and as she is leaving she is like oh btw you need to make about 50 waffles for the morning! agh Our GM doesn't do anything about it. a few weeks ago someone saw her coming out of his room at like 3am (not sure whether its true) but it would explain a lot.
I'm so sick of her getting away with everything. next time she is late i just want to walk out at 7. I have to stay an additional 40 minutes and don't get paid for it its ridiculous. sorry just had to vent.

i would be SO pissed!! have you talked to the GM about her being late all the time? that is not fair

Yep he just brushes it off says he'll talk to her but yet nothing has changed.

I know this has nothing to do with your post sorry. But how do yo work night shift with a toddler? When do you sleep? lol

When he naps for about 1-3 hours (if im lucky) then i play catch up on sleep on Sunday, and Thursdays when SO has off lol It's definitely hard but i don't want to send him to day care in this area lol
