Hips hurt -.-

I think it is my hips anyways. Like if I move in a certain way or try to get comfy like my hips hurt. Like it feels like I have something in between my legs except inside my body right where your bones are socketed into your hips. You know? I know it sounds crazy but that is where it hurts and I will move and it feels like there is like resistance and it is painful. It is hard to describe but has anyone else ever had something like this?
