How long did it take to get your taxes back?

When did you file, and how long did it take to get it back?

We filed last Friday and got our refund today. We were shocked, it usually takes 2 weeks.

thats great! Tuesday was 2 weeks since i filed, and still no check =/

We filed last week... they said up to 21 days when we filed... no check on our end yet fyi... but I can't wait til we do get it... then I get my new couch & steam cleaner!!!  

Filed Feb. 2nd, got it on the 12th. We were told it could take up to 3 weeks though

right right, the guy we go to told us 8 ro 21 days.. and we called yesterday to see if something could be wrong since its been over 2 weeks, and he told us its now taking up to 23 days to get them the IRS is just so behind and has so many. Sux though, i need mine for bills and such.

This. But my uncle does taxes and said that he still hasn't even received a confirmation email for some of his clients. The IRS is really f'd this year for some reason.

yea we're worried that it's going to take forever... but we don't need it for bills unless DH quits his job before starting his new one (doesn't start for 2 weeks) but since he's getting sooo fed up with his current job (like to the point he txtd me tonight saying that he wanted to just leave) I'd love the money sooner rather than later so I can have no qualms with him just quitting if he gets fed up again... which is likely to happen cuz the owner is a drunken ass hole who only hires hot waitresses who are only good at smurfing him (owner not DH) and ignore all the customers to the point that my husband (the manager) has to wait all the tables and bar tend 1/2 the night... So grateful he finally got a job outside of the restaurant world!!!

Yea, i keep checking on the site. and it kept saying it was being processed, and finally tuesday it said it was being processed and a date would be available as soon as once becomes available... wth lol

Mine said that for like 2 days then it popped up and said it would deposit to our account the 15th and if we didn't get it by the 20th to contact them. My other uncle opted to receive a check in the mail. It continuously just said it was being processed. But I believe he called them at some point bc last week he kept telling me they said it would mail out Tuesday. But then all I ever saw was the still being processed bs. He got his the 15th by mail too though. Filed 3-5 days before I did.

Ours doesnt get mailed. the guy we file at it gets put in to his account, and the checks print out at his place. and he calls us. but weve gone to him for 10 yrs, and this is the first yr its taken longer then 2 weeks
