Unless the clinic in your area says other whise, they'll do it the same day as early as 6 weeks if they can see a fetus and heartbeat.

You may be able to find out if it will cover it by doing a Google search. I think it will though, because that sounds like state insurance and state insurance usually does.
If you can't find out on Google, Planned arenthood can tell you over the hone if you provide your information to them.
