What is a good over the counter medicine i can buy to start when my allergies start flaring up?? My throat feels weird and i have some sinus drainage. Id rather not take benadryl, it makes me sleepy & i have a 2 year old who wont nap lol.
I take Allegra D but only when absolutely necessary. It makes me tired. But it does nothing to other people I know who take it. I'm super sensitive to any medication, even advil makes me tired.
