lol really? My mom wasn't home much so my sister and I had the run of the place and would just delete the schools messages.... haha nowadays smoking a joint actually motivates me to clean... not always though lol.

My step mom would never get home until around 5pm, but my dad would some times come home for lunch or if work was slow he'd come home to take a nap.

My dad actually came home on Valentine's Day, went in my room to leave me a card, and saw my leg sticking out of the clothes pile. I was passed out, but definitely woke up after that lol. Fun times...not.

Now when I smoke I just go to sleep, I have no idea how I had a clean home when I smoked all the time, lol. I think it's because it was my first place and I had room mates who were sloppy. I'd always bitch at them for not cleaning so maybe I was just wanting to back up my argument that I was a stoner and still kept a clean home, lol. Who knows?

that would piss me off so bad. if i wanted them sold i would have sold them. its like if they ask for baby clothes bc their child needs them then sells them its manipulation for money. now if their kid wore them first id understand. a girl gives me her daughters clothes and i give them to her friend. we both have daughters 6 months from each other. she messaged me asking to buy some clothes bc she was desperate and i was like nooooo your friend gave them to me lol.

I try to hand stuff down, but I only know 1 person with a little girl younger than DD and I hardly ever see her. I don't have a lot of help financially and I only make minimum wage though so I do try to sell what I can so that I have the money to buy more clothes or whatever DD needs. I have one friend that gave me TONS (literally, totes full) of clothes up to 5T, but then after they were in my possession and put away, told me she wants them back after I'm done with them in case she ever has another child. SO thinks she's asking for them back so she can sell them. I can't really complain either way, because it was clothes for DD, but it sucks when I have 2-3 people offering me clothes for her and I don't know which ones came from her and which ones came from other people, KWIM?

I had a friend lend a girl a toy for her daughter, she told her it was an expensive toy and it was only a loan, and she wanted it back. The girl gave it away without even asking. My friend found out on facebook.
THAT is crappy.

Yes, weird! She should have just given it back to you to give to somebody else if her only other alternative was to sell it. I would never do that!

I get that. I have around 4 people who have given me clothes for DS's. And sometimes I can't remember who gave me what and what I got from my baby showers and stuff. Thats why I don't feel comfortable selling them. I always give everything to girls I know can use them. With DS2 I kept a few boxes of stuff I couldn't just give away just in case I have another boy. But I do understand some people need the money.

I don't want them back, thats why I gave them away. But I told her she should hand them down to someone when she was done with them. Who knows maybe she doesn't remember who gave her what.

I was that kid too! I was never allowed to have people over! NEVER. My only Birthday party I ever had was at my Grandmas house.
