Posting pictures to facebook

When I have my family pictures done I always purchase the photo release (copyrights) disc. The photographer I use gives me all the pictures plus a file for web sharing. Which means when I post them on say facebook, her watermark isn't on the picture but it automatically puts (copyright symbol)_____ _____ photography where you would type a description about the photo.

Anyone know how to do that? Do I need a special program? I know the photographer I use, uses Cs6. I don't I use lightroom4.
